Actually we have provided access to scholars and students to the materials at ABC No Rio, and individuals possessing related materials have also shared, but this happens in an ad hoc rather than systematic way. And the materials are not at present well organized for easy access and review.

AS-AP!!! Additionally, former No Rio Board Member Jack Waters has been involved in this issues for some time. Additionally, a number of librarians are and have been involved with ABC No Rio programs and projects and have offered assistance in this area (though sadly, none have offered to spearhead the initiative!)

Ultimately, for more modestly budgeted outfits like No Rio, collaborative solutions to archival issues, or partnership with larger institutions may be most appropriate. I think it unlikely we’ll ever have the budget and volunteer staffing to provide on our own the care these materials deserve.
